3. Account Registration and Security

To create an api28 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP identity card), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

3.2 KYC Verification

api28 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, which may include:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) identity card.
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address).
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP for additional identity confirmation.

If you deposit funds and immediately request a withdrawal without placing any wagers, api28 reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative fee and to report the transaction to relevant authorities. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.
